This year, we have combined AgTech and FoodTech into a single map, viewing AgriFood as a continuous value chain: from upstream agricultural innovations to downstream food technologies. The map is categorized into: Before Production | Production | After Production, offering a clear snapshot of Israel’s AgriFood ecosystem.
